You need another kitten, you know you do…and now is the perfect time to adopt one. Jacksonville has had a very, very busy kitten season this year and there are hundreds of kittens in need of homes. The city is trying to become a “no-kill” shelter city, but at the moment, there’s no room for all these baby felines. So, you can go to First Coast No More Homeless Pets, the Jacksonville Humane Society or Jacksonville Animal Care and Control to get your next pet. The fee, which includes a city license, is just $25 at any of these locations.
