Friday, November 11 is Veterans Day and in recognition, all Florida state parks are offering free admission. That includes Fort Clinch, Little Talbot Island and Big Talbot Island parks in Northeast Florida, as well as such favorite day trips as Weeki Wachee Springs State Park. Better yet, you can enjoy free admission to all National Park Service parks all weekend November 11-13. National parks include Fort Matanzas and Castillo de San Marcos in St. Augustine, Fort Caroline Memorial and the Timucuan Ecological & Historic Preserve in Jacksonville, and Cumberland Island National Seashore in Southeast Georgia.
