Learning Express is holding a free craft session February 11 for kids age 5 and up. “Make a pencil topper for your Valentine” begins at 2 p.m. at the Harbour Village Shopping Center. Also that Saturday, Elmo will be on hand for photo ops from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., and you can get extra discounts on purchases by liking Learning Express Jacksonville on Facebook. The activities are free, but reservations are requested for the craft session.
