Free Health Screenings

Sam’s Club is offering free health screenings on January 12 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at local stores with a pharmacy.

The screenings and free in-Club health tests, valued at up to $100, including:

• Glucose
• Total cholesterol
• Blood pressure
• Body mass index (BMI)
• Vision screening/testing (in stores with a vision center)
