The confiscated Caboodle Ranch cats will be available for adoption August 11-12. They’re all spayed or neutered, have their shots, are microchipped and are available for no adoption fee via the ASPCA. Hundreds of cats are available at the ASPCA temporary headquarters at 2580 West First Street in Jacksonville.
